TEN BLOC is a linear and automatic chain/belt tensioner designed to satisfy the most demanding needs on the market.
TEN BLOC is made of a box-shaped die cast aluminum body from which a steel column comes out pushed by a spring.
The column slides inside of a bushing inside the body. Many kits can be applied to the column: polyethylene sliding blocs, polyethylene wheelsets on a fork, sprockets on a fork and zinc-plated rollers on a fork. TEN BLOC can be equipped with a preload system (TB), a unidirectional system (TBB), anti-rotation system (TBA).
The box-shaped body can also be equipped with a travel end switch that allows the user to verify the functioning of the machine in every instant and in the case of excessive chain elongation or breakage it can activate an acoustic or light signal or even stop the whole plant if needed.
